With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kim has been a workhorse in the field addressing a variety of needs. Kim specializes in the health insurance industry such as personal life and health insurance, employee benefits, and more.
​
In her spare time, you will find Kim with her beloved horses on her farm property in Katy, Texas. She is a great mother, and loves traveling around with her friends to different horse shows.

Zack Baldwin
Vice President & Broker
Zack is an alumni of Texas A&M University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics, and a Masters Degree in Business (MSB). In college, Zack loved to learn about different businesses and how they operate to be successful. Entering the insurance industry after college was an exciting field for Zack, as he gets the chance to work with all types of businesses and professionals.

Zack specializes in the property & casualty industry, with expertise in commercial insurance, workers compensation, general liability, property insurance, etc.
​
In Zack's spare time, you will most likely find him on the golf course, or in the gym. As a resident of the Galleria, Zack is very active in the local community, and very accessible to clients throughout the city of Houston and surrounding areas.

Customer Service Representative
Susan has been in the customer service industry for over 30 years; she is a wonderful addition to our team, helping service our clients' needs.
She loves spending time taking care of her home & garden, and is a wonderful grandmother.
